Career Leadership Workshop

This workshop is specifically designed for individuals who want to develop a more strategic approach to navigating their professional lives. Working really hard is not always enough to get you the results that you would like; nor is being good at what you do a guarantee of your professional success.  The workplace is no longer an area of clear-cut career paths.  It is ever-changing, increasingly more demanding, and faster paced than ever before.  Longevity does not guarantee job security or progression. Personal leadership has become a critical factor to professional success.

This program is led by Lisane Basquiat. Through it, you will experience a greater sense of satisfaction and control over your career.  It will also help enhance your business acumen and broaden your career perspective. Most importantly, you will experience the results that you are seeking. Here is what others who have worked with Lisane have to say:

“I am so grateful to have worked with Lisane. I was at a point in my life where I felt trapped and far away from the career path I wanted to be on. Through her expert career coaching techniques, she made me realize that no one can make you feel trapped but yourself. "Small changes" she said, "ultimately lead to bigger ones." She was 100% right. She is gracious, understanding, and no nonsense. Lisane is one of my heroes and I can't thank her enough for helping me change my life.” G. Bruno.

“Truly Gifted Coach! Lisane is refreshingly insightful and wise. She helps you to stay the course of your goal while helping you keep out of your way. I worked with Lisane for three months and in less than that with her guidance I had achieved my goal of setting the stage for the rest of my career. If you are serious about committing to a change in your life and open to being guided, I highly recommend Lisane as a personal and professional empowerment coach.” Y. Morales

“Lisane has the unique ability to completely disarm you and remove all the excuses, obstacles, and hang ups that are holding you back and bring you to a point where you are ready to move on to a more successful future. More than just a coach - - she is truly a guide that enabled me to identify areas that needed improvement, embrace my positive attributes and discover skills that I had taken for granted for years. Wonderful to work with!!!” K. Braxton
